You can also subscribe to this App and get personal training on almost every type of workout that is out there. So each day you are expected to fill these rings which is just the basic to stay fit and healthy. The Apple Watch 6 series mainly focuses on health and along with this Fitness App you are in control. Visual display makes it that you are compelled to do these. You get a sense of satisfaction overtime a ring is completed.

If you are in noisy places your phones records it too, to let you know that if you stay in that audio frequency at an certain decibel that is bad for your hearing.
